Flights
We are almost equidistant between La Rochelle and
Bordeaux airports. The drive from these airports are
fairly straightforward and will take you approx 1
hour.

Car
If you wish to use your own car, La Petite Romade
is about 8 hours drive from Calais (Eurostar and Ferry).
There is also the option of putting your car on the
overnight motorail service from Calais to Brive and
driving to La Petite Romade.
Alternatively,
you can chose to cross the channel by ferry to either
St. Malo or Caen – the drive to La Petite Romade
from there is approx 4 hours.

Directions
La Petite
Romade is just outside Saintes, and is just 10 minutes
from the Junction 35 of the A10. This is a main motorway
which links Paris to Bordeaux, the South of France
and Spain – so very useful if you are looking
for a relaxing break from your journey to and from
Spain and Portugal!
