The ground floor is spacious and airy with original
features including renovated stone wall and exposed
beams. There are two sets of large French doors, one
overlooking a terrace through to the 12x5m swimming
pool and the other with a small front terrace onto
gardens. Both offer sun or shade alternatively throughout
the day, providing two areas for relaxing/open-air
dining.
Downstairs is open-planned, with a hand crafted fully-fitted
kitchen and dining area. There is a comfortable lounge
area with wood-burning stove, and a large sofa which
converts into a double bed. There is also Sat TV,
DVD and CD player.
Upstairs
comprises a landing from which the three bedrooms
and bathroom lead. There is a large master bedroom,
a double/twin bedroom and a single bedroom. All have
Velux skylights with full blackout-blinds. The bathroom
has a powerful shower, bath w.c. and basin.

The West Wing
No, not the top rated US political TV series, but an
additional ‘wing’ attached but separate
to the main house, accommodating 2-4 people.
The ground floor is open plan, with a hand crafted,
fully-fitted kitchen, double height lounge and dining
area with a wood-burning stove. In the living area there
is a sofa which converts into a double bed, a TV, DVD
and CD. There are exposed stone walls on 3 sides giving
a contemporary yet traditional feel.
Upstairs,
there is a stunning mezzanine double bedroom and spacious
bathroom with powerful shower, wc and basin. There are
Velux skylight windows throughout with full blackout
blinds. The gite has a very light and airy feel, overlooking
both the front and back gardens. There is a terraced
area to the side.
